1. Provider and scope

DailyDrop is operated by Ersan Yüksel, trading as WTDM (sole proprietorship), Gothaerstraße 10, 27755 Delmenhorst, Germany. These Terms apply to the DailyDrop website and web app.

2. Description of the service

DailyDrop is a web-based tool for generating structured social media content packs, including hooks, carousel slides, reel text, captions and hashtags. DailyDrop is offered on a Free and a Premium basis.

3. Account and eligibility

You may sign up using an available authentication method such as Google Sign-In. You must provide accurate information, keep your access data secure and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are a minor, use is permitted only in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and, where necessary, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Free and Premium plans

The Free plan currently allows one generation per day and gives access to Drop #1 of the generated output. Premium currently allows five generations per day, unlocks all five drops and includes export features such as Canva and Google Sheets export where offered. The price shown in checkout is controlling.

5. Contract term, billing and cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time with effect for the end of the current billing period. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, partial refunds for unused periods are not granted.

6. Consumer information on withdrawal

If you are a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. In the case of digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire early if you expressly consent that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your withdrawal right once the contract has been fully performed. The details should be shown in the checkout process if legally required.

7. Permitted use

You may use DailyDrop for your own lawful social media and content workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, platform rules and third-party rights.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, circumvent usage limits, scrape the service by automated means or interfere with security or availability.

9. Rights to generated content and platform rights

As between you and us, you may use content generated for your account for your own lawful business or private purposes. The DailyDrop platform itself, including software, design, branding and underlying systems, remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

10. Availability and changes

We may further develop, adapt or update the service where this is reasonable for users, for example to improve functionality, security or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and where liability is mandatory by law. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, provided that mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms where this is necessary for legal, technical or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner before they take effect.
